Process
From Hide to Heel
A single pair passes through five deliberate stages before it ever reaches you.

Selection
Only the top percentile of full-grain and calf hides are accepted into the atelier, chosen by hand for grain consistency and depth of tone.

The Last
Each silhouette begins on a wooden last, refined over dozens of iterations until the proportion is exact.
- 03
Cutting & Stitching
Panels are cut by hand to preserve the hide’s natural grain, then closed with saddle stitching for strength that machine stitching cannot match.

Lasting & Welting
The upper is shaped over the last and welted using traditional Goodyear construction, allowing the shoe to be resoled for a lifetime of wear.
- 05
Finishing
A final hand-polish, applied in successive thin layers, brings each pair to its signature depth of color and mirror shine.
